I’m a vegetarian, mostly because I have an undying love for cheese. Otherwise I’d be vegan.
Skyr is an Icelandic food. It’s technically a cheese, but it’s really just like very thick and creamy yogurt. Thank god they sell it in the states, because it’s delicious. They make all different flavors....
